Shazam’s product and offerings are unique, so it’s crucial that the story Shazam tells in the market and in its visual communications supports that. 

Working with the head of Global Marketing Solutions, our Creative Director, and a NY-based creative agency, we executed a complete brand audit and overhaul. From the Shazam for Brands logo to an established color palette and icon library, no detail was spared.

Design in the music and entertainment industries often relies on existing photography and lacks the end-to-end creative control that is important in creating beautiful and cohesive work. It was essential that our team create an “own-able” photography treatment. Born from Shazam’s iconic “listening rings” and the idea that a moment in music creates a ripple effect in culture came a treatment that is unmistakably Shazam.
