
Shazam for Brands
Shazam is known and loved as the home of discovery, and captures the precise moment when content piques a consumer’s interest. For users, it starts with a song, but for advertisers, it becomes an opportunity to connect people to brands.
To better tell this story, we launched Shazam for Brands in 2016. Our Creative team developed a new brand identity along with experiential design work. To celebrate, we threw a series of global launch events. I served as Producer for the New York event, thrown at Lightbox, attended by over 200 industry professionals. Our design team created several animated videos that were projected on the walls of the studio throughout the event.
We introduced our refreshed brand to the world through a series of Marketing efforts, including our first presence at Cannes Lions. We went on to partner with numerous high-profile brands to bring advertising opportunities to life, like the iconic “Share a Coke and a Song” campaign.
